A little conditioning

I haven't been able to do any real conditioning for about a week cause of my knee, today I really didn't give a shit I was gonna do something and pay the price no matter what happens.

Prowler sprints 90lbs
10 sets of 80 feet

Jump rope
10 sets of 50 jumps

My knee was killing me at this point, but it felt so good just to be able to do some conditioning. I am gonna probably try something new for squats, not sure what will happen there.
