Past couple of workouts

Friday's Workout
Couldn't do squats still, well I maybe could of but I don't think it would be worth the pain it would bring right now. So I just an easy workout.

Straight Legged Deads
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 5
No belt nice and easy, but my hammies have been nice and sore for couple days now.

KB swings
3 x 10

Sledge Swings
3 x 10

Sunday
Not so strongman day.
Strict presses
130 x 5
150 x 5
170 x 6
Looking back I should have waited another week to start these, no biggie rest it for a week now.

Triset
side raise, front raise, bent over raise
4 x 10

Hammer curls
3 x 10

Cable curls
5 x 15

DBL overhand axle deads
5 x 5

green band abs
5 x 20

Nice and easy day.
