I have been rather bored with my training as of late. So I am trying to switch some things up. I don't know if this will help me get to my goals or not ,but it does make me want to be in the gym.
Close grip bench
240 x 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 no way 8 rep set was happening
225 x got 5 and my arms almost gave out dropped down to 205 for last 3.
205 x 9, 10
Wow this was harder than I thought it would have been, but it was fun to do.
Skullcrushers
3 x 8
Band extensions
3 x 15
Lots of grip work.
Doesn't look like much but I was pretty wiped after this.
