Past couple of workouts

Thursday I deloaded, just did some push presses

110 x 5
160 x 3
200 x 3
220 x 1
240 x 1
250 x 1

Friday
Box squats with choked purples
225 x 2 x 8 sets did in 8 min.
But later on in the my left arm kept going numb, I think all that band tension hit a nerve. Took a couple days but it is better now.

Did some ab work and jump roping.

Sunday
Did some throwing in the morning, it went shitty.

Log press
140 x 3
180 x 3
200 x 1
220 x 1
240 x 1 very hard, and it shouldn't be. I think I will do log on thursday and then on sunday just work on some light stuff this week.

Farmers
230 each hand x 2 trips of 120 both sets no drops happy about this.

Tire flip/keg carry medley
600 tire x 3 flips 60' carry with 270 keg, not bad the carry sucked but I finished in 35 sec.

Prowler Push
200lbs x 50 feet
290lbs x 50 feet
380lbs x 50 feet
470lbs x 50 feet
520lbs x 50 feet

Overall it was a decent day.
