My upperbody workout sucked donkey nuts today. I think I pinched a nerve in my shoulder and it is not helping things.
Close grip bench

285 x I fucked up I was repping away and then realized it was only 265
285 x 2 x 2 I was mindfucked at this point, just simply pissed that I misloaded. In hindsight I should have just kept repping away with the 265 and not worried about it.
Flat DB presses

425 x 5 x 3 sets
I am gonna try not to one all out set and just do multiple sets, I personally find this harder and it will give me more volume. Plus I don't tear my thumb nail off when I hook grip for lower reps.

Still a good workout, just didn't completely satisfy me. But I see good things on the horizon.
