Decided to take it easy on my pressing, so I figured strict presses would be a good idea. Haven't done them in forever so I was happy with how they went.

215 x 1 hard but happy about this.
Downset

340 x 5 x 3 sets not bad
Backwards sled drags
3 sets of 60 feet
Ab fallouts
3 x 10
Not a bad night, luckily it had cooled down a little so I was sweating 5 gallons instead of 10.
