Sunday training

I wasn't sure how Sunday would go, I woke after having some great sleep but was very tired when I woke up.

Axle clean and press
160 x 3
200 x 1
220 x 1
240 x my legs were just jello, not sure what was going on here decided to quit and live to press another day.

Did a bunch of DB work of different exercises.

Finally about noon, I started to wake up and decided to do some events.

Farmers Walks
210 each hand x 100 feet with a turn
210 each hand x 120 feet with a turn
260 each hand x 90 feet straight run

Super Yoke
620 x 60 feet not very fast but no setdowns, I haven't done yoke in forever so I couldn't complain

Stones to 48"
250 x couple
310 x 2 singles

ab work

Overall not a bad day, good to know some of my strongman events haven't gone to complete crap.
