Upperbody and back work

Not the greatest workout but not the worst I have ever had either. Being on vacation and sleeping ALOT equals great workouts, being back to work and not sleeping as much equals ok workouts. Take what you can get.

Close grip bench

These felt horrible

DB flat press

Deadlifts sort of deload
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
475 x 1

Bent Over rows
225 x 3
275 x 1
325 x 1 PR

Bent Over rows
135 x 10 x 3 sets

Standing abs
3 x 20

My wife and daughter were on fire today with PRs. I think they stole all the mojo from the gym, its cool they deserve it.
