Shoulders and Squats.


Good day today, except for squatting but it still wasn't terrible.

Push Jerk, well as good as I can do it.
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 1
225 x 1
250 x 1 PR this was an actual jerk
260 x 1 has a slight pressout but I was happy to still get this as my press has been in the crapper for a while. My best press out of the rack ever is 280 so I am not far off, hopefully within in the next weeks I will be close to it.

Strict press
135 x 5 x 3 sets should have done this for sets of 8-10

Squats
plan called for 300 x 1 x 6 sets I was a dumbass and didn't follow it.
135 x 3
225 x 3
300 x 1
335 x 1
365 x 1 and tweaked my groin, stopped.
Gonna go back to wearing a loose pair of briefs on heavier squats. I like squatting raw, but I hate hurting myself.

Box jumps to 24" box
3 x 5

Sled pulls
3 sets of 400lbs x 60'
1 set of 650lbs x 60'

And I think that was it.
