Deadlift day

Not a terrible workout today, but I think I was slightly worn out from sunday and a massage I got yesterday.

Deadlifts all hook gripped
warmup
440 x 3 x 5 sets
did 2 sets beltless, then put on belt for last 3 sets. Didn't seem to help really

Squats no belt ass to ankles

255x8

DB rows
115 x 5
155 x 5
185 x 10

Blast strap rows
4 x 15

Sled drags
3 x 60 feet

Sledgehammer swings
3 x 15 each arm
