Upperbody workout

Had a decent workout tonight, Chuck came over to workout and helped having someone a ton stronger than me to workout with, plus it pisses me off how good his press is LOL!

Axle Clean and Press

200x7 not great but a start

Close grip bench
225x3
250x3
275x1x2 sets
215x1,2,3,4,5,5,5,5,5

Blast strap pushups
x10, 1 1/2" chain x 10, 2 chain x 10

Arm EDT training
did 7 rounds of hammer curls and green band extensions

Wrist curls supersetted with COC trainer closes
15 and 5 x 4 sets
