My bodyweight is coming off steadily, very happy with the results. But I never cease to get amazed at the stupid responses people give me. My favorite is, "Jesse it is unhealthy that you are losing 5lbs a week." Yet these people smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and dring 5-10 drinks a day and they are telling me what I am doing is unhealthy, talk about hypocrites!!! I am feeling great and as long as things keep going how they are this could be the best year yet for me.
