Changing my training up a little bit. Did squats today and that was pretty much it.
Close stance box squats
280 x 5 x 7 sets wow this sucked
Quad set
Calf Raises x 15
DB SLDs x 10
Green band pulldown abs x 25
DB side bends x 10
Just a quick workout. Feeling good but for being really carb depleted. But after finding out that I have recieved my first sponsorship, I feel like a fire has been lit in me now. I needed this so I think some very good things are going to happen soon.
