Upperbody workout

Very good and fun workout tonight. I have to say I am very happy with the crew of guys we have working out on a consistent basis right now, whenever we get together we all put in good work and are getting consistently stronger.

Axle clean and press
160x5
190x3
210x6
After realizing these felt like crap I brought my grip in a little and did some speed sets
160x5x3 sets these felt better and hopefully will translate to a better press soon.

Reverse band presses greens
225x5
275x3
295x3
315x3
335x3
355x1
375x1
This might be a PR as I used a close grip

DB floor presses
4x8

Blast straps
Tri extensions supersetted with Bicep curls
3x10

Straight bar curls supersetted with tricep pressdowns
3x10

Pinch gripping
2-25s passed around hand to hand for 12 revolutions PR

Pinched 2-35s for a PR

2 handed pinch 120#s for a PR by default never done these before

Great workout and fun night.
