Last workout before the Gus

Did a light full body workout tonight. Gonna rest up the rest of the week, but will still do some walking and stretching throughout the week.

Squats
135 x 5 x 2 sets
185 x 5
225 x 5

Snatches with axle
90 x 3
110 x 3
130 x 2 x 2

Circus DB
77 x 5 eacharm

Close grip bench
135 x 5 x 2 sets

Chinups
5 sets of 3

200# keg x 5 loads

Blast strap rows
3 x 10

Rope swinging hell. Don't know what else to call this, basically we took the 1.5" manilla rope and did various swinging motions with it. Really kicks your ass.

Feeling good now that I know I have the time off from work, so mentally I am more prepared now. Can't do much more physically than show up prepared.
