Some conditioning work and some thoughts

I am think I am track to be where I want to be to make weight for the NAHA nationals. I am doing good and having cheated hardly, I think last week I had some marshmallows, if I hit my target this week I might have a pizza on my high carb day, but I will see. I have a goal in mind and would like to accomplish it. Did some conditioning work today.

Tabata KB swings 35# KB

Tabata Jumping Jacks

Prowler Pushes x 6 trips of 60 feet

Sled drag with 100#s for 2000 feet.

If I can keep this up I will be fine, don't wanna lose too much too fast, but I do wanna get to where I need to be for an easier cut.
