Not a bad day today. My bodyweight is down to 220, so that is a plus. Figured might as well test out things.

These felt good and are not a bad starting point.

Went and practiced some throwing, nothing special.
Close grip bench

did a ladder of 1-10 total of 55 reps, gonna be sore tommorrow.

Feeling good, as long as I hit my target bodyweight in 1 1/2 weeks I am gonna have a cheat meal. Gonna have a pizza YUM!!!
