Ok workout today, I should have been smart and deloaded, but ad usual I don't heed my own advice.
Deadlift from the floor

405x1 added belt decided I wanted to pull with a belt and see how things felt
475x1
525x1 really hard feeling.
Well I wanted to go for some kind of PR today, but it was not in the cards. Good thing is I was able to hook grip the 525 with ease, so using straps didn't hurt my grip. But it felt heavy as hell.
Keg loads
200, 220, 250, 270, 290 x 4
Better than last week, but still not the greatest.
Squats
230 x 5
300 x 3
Just wanted to do some squats, once I realized that they felt way too heavy for as light as the weight was I stopped.
Green band pulldown abs
5 x 20
Leg ups
3 x 10
Chest supported rows
5 x 10
Overall I am feeling beat down. Working 6 days a week has taking a slight mental toll on me and I am looking forward to some much needed rest next week.
