Crappy workout

Today I planned on taking it easy, good thing as I lifted like shit.

Decided to mess around with the axle as I didn't feel like touching the log.

260 x been so long since I have tried to continental any weight and I got all messed up decided to stop.

Front, side, bent over raises x 10 x 4 sets

Hammer curls
3 x 10

Blast strap curls
3 x 10

ABs
3 x 15

Time to rest up and get ready for this weekend.
