Been a rough week, my car broke down and that was stressing me out. But I got it figured out and now hopefully nothing else will try and get to me in the next week.

Everything here felt heavy. I was working on my car for 2 hours before this and I felt very tight and in pain. But still a good workout as the 550 x 2 ties a PR and it is the most I have ever pulled before a meet.

This workout really sucked, my shoulders were killing me. Now I look back I forgot to foam roll. Hmm should maybe do that.
