Upperbody workout

My knee is still acting up so I decided to do my upperbody workout.

Strict Press
140 x 5
165 x 5
185 x 5 decided to stop here, my knee was bugging me.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5 added slingshot
315 x 5
365 x 1

I like the slingshot, great tool to have.

Fat bar pressdowns
5 x 10

DB flies
5 x 10

Ok workout for what it was.
