Had a nice last workout, took it easy as used this as a easy day.

DL double overhand no hook grip

365 x 1
410 x 1 PR Grip is getting better.

DB rows

Ab fallouts
3 x 10

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 3
235 x 3 all paused
275 x 1 5 sec pause

DB flies
3 x 10

Tricep pressdowns
3 x 10
