Had my high carb day yesterday, it was blissfull. So I knew I would be ready for a great workout today. Ended up lifting by myself but I really pushed myself to get done quicker.

Worked up to 140lbs which I believe is a PR. Pathetic I know.
Barbell wrist curls supersetted with Barbell curls

Great workout. Weight is coming off slow, strength is coming back. Life is good.
