One thing I gotta say about followin the diet plan I am following is I feel very sluggish during the day, but when it comes time to lift I feel awesome. Today was a good day.
Deadlift
135 x 5 x 2
225 x 3
315 x 3, pulled this one handed for a single to screw off.
365 x 3
425 x 11 rep PR and these felt awesome.
Back squats, decided to kind of deload on these today. My legs were jello after the deads, which is good as I typically don't use enough legs in my deads.
225 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1
335 x 1
These were all easy, wierd way to deload I know, but it works.
Bent over rows
225 x 5 x 5
Spud long ab strap supersetted with 35# medicine ball slams
20 and 10 reps x 3 sets
