Sunday shoulders and some strongman stuff

Didn't know what to expect from today workout. I have some dickhole neighbors who live across the street and the fuck heads were partying all damn night long. I was so tired to even go downstairs and get the phone and call the cops. I got about 3 hours of sleep and almost didn't wake up to workout. I think I might have set a record for the amount of caffeine I took in. Towards the end of my workout I almost puked, oh yeah I didn't get to eat much.

My grip was shot today, I think I am gonna reset my numbers and work back up on these.

This fucking sucked, but it was a good idea. The damn sandbag tore my arms up though.

Overall it was a great day. I think I am gonna work on staying at the weight I am at and lean up where I am at. Still on the fence.
