Lower body

Felt pretty good going into this workout, it didn't go terrible but my damn knee starting acting up at the ends of squats.

Back squats
135 x 3 x 2
225 x 3
275 x 1
295 x 1
275 x 2 x 5 sets

Was gonna do some High bar olympic squats but my knee was killing me.

Hack lift
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 1
385 x 1

Two-handed pinch grip
worked up to 172.5 for an alltime PR, might have had 180 in me but I will save it for another day.

Spud long ab strap abs
3 x 20

Overall I am happy with how things went, I think I am gonna back to box squatting on fridays and then do front squats after I deadlift on tuesday. This has worked well for me in the past, so might as well go back to it.
