Sunday Fun

I felt like complete hell today. But I had decided to attempt an easier workout.

Axle clean and press strict
110 x 3
130 x 3
150 x 1
180 x 1
Push press
200 x 3 x 3

My elbow was killing me today, since we are going to the Dino Gym next week I figured no reason to push it.

2 Man Strict press
Corey and I worked up to 315, pretty easy but decided to call it here.

2 man Ciavattone axle deadlift
worked up to 575 for a PR.

Axle deadlift
pulled 450lbs, this was way harder than it should be.

Practiced a few other lifts, did some core work. Overall it was a fun day and we had a blast. Bryan and Dan pulled 625lbs on the 2 man ciavattone axle deadlift. Corey and I are gonna attempt a few 2 man records next weekend.
