Lower body hell

Honestly after assessing todays craziness I am not sure how I made it throught it. Definately feeling a wee bit worn down. But overall it was a good night. Just me and the weights tonight, which was probably a good thing  as I was a little irritable and probably would have punched somebody.

DBL overhand axle deads

regular deads
315 x 2
405 x 2
475 x 1
525 x 1 was supposed to be 2 but I forgot how to deadlift on this set, it was terrible. Decided to call it good here instead of doing another set.

Speed Pulls
385 x 3 x 2 sets

18" deads
425 x 1
515 x 1
585 x 1
625 x 1 Nice PR for no straps

Front squats
215 x 1 x 4-5 sets can't remember

Bent Over Rows
245 x 5 x 3 sets
265 x 5
285 x 5

Circuit
Standing abs x 10, 50# medicine ball slams x 5, 100 jump ropes x 3 sets

That as it. It about killed me.
