Upperbody craziness......

Felt a lot better today, still sore but I knew tonight wouldn't be as bad.

Strict Press
115 x 5
130 x 5
150 x 10 This was my goal, I need to get my strict press back. I think it is the missing factor right now.

Push Press superset with Push Jerk
185 x 1 and 1
195 x 1 and 1
205 x 1 and 1
215 x 1 and 1
225 x 1 and 1
While these are very unimpressive weights, I felt good to get the groove right each time. I forgot how to push press correctly and last week at the meet it showed and that pissed me off. If I can get both of these back in the groove I will be pressing heavier again in strongman lifts.

Feet in the air bench
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
245 x 1
275 x 1 Wow this was hard, but I will take it.
Add Slingshot
275 x 5 tris were shot.

Pullups
5 x 5

Reverse curls
135 x 5 x 3 sets

Hammer curls
3 x 10

Vbar pulldowns
3 x 10

Very good night, really happy with how things went. I was very sore at the end thought, my traps hate me.
