Squats

Went over to Bryans and trained. It wasn't a great workout, but it was better than nothing.

Back squats
As I get ready to warmup I realize that I forgot my shoes, so I squatted in my olympic shoes. I love pressing in these and front squatting, but I don't care for back squatting in them anymore.

Back squats
135 x 2
185 x 2
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1 the rep was easy but I said screw it, I was tired and my groin was killing me. Better to live to fight another day.

Hack lift
225 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x couldn't get into the right position.

Bryan pulled an impressive 505lbs this way.

Leg raises
