Bench and Squatting

Not a bad day today, I think I am little rundown. I also think a cold is coming upon me. But I got through the day.

Close grip bench

DB floor press

Box squats

Calf raises
3 x 10

Good Mornings
3 x 5

Not a bad day. My knee was giving my fits all week, so I was happy just to be able to squat. My daughter despite whining a lot had a great day front squatting a PR of 65lbs, really proud of her.
