Decent workout today. I think that stone attempt on sunday killed my knee. I was gonna do push presses today but I couldn't even do a dip with an empty bar. So I did strict presses instead.

Not bad, better than I thought it would go.
Sumo pulls

Speed pulls
335 x 3 x 5 sets was supposed to be 8 sets but I was hurting at this point.
DB rows
3 x 8
Front raises supersetted with Side raises
3 x 10 each
Blast strap rows
3 x 10
Abs
6 sets x 10 reps.
Not bad, I will take it on a gimp knee.
