Upperbody and lower body deload

Very sore today and worn out. Still a decent workout.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
255 x 3
265 x 2
280 x 1
240 x 4 x 2 sets
Was supposed to do a down set but the weights felt way too heavy.

I tried to do some light squats, but my knee couldn't take it.

Bent over rows
205 x 5 all paused at top
235 x 5 pause
265 x 5 pause
295 x 5 touch and go

Vbar pulldowns
5 x 10

Prowler Pushes
10 sets x 90 feet

I think I did about 12 sets of 3 on pullups.

Overall it was an ok day.
