Took me forever to get going this morning. Very tired and very worn out. But once I got going it turned into a good workout.
Clean and Press with an alternate grip

1 Legged Deadlift

Hard as to keep my balance.
Reverse curl
135 x 5
155 x 3 x 2 sets
Hang Snatch
115 x 1 x 7 sets
125 x 1
135 x 1
Keg Carry and Load over 48" crossbar
220 and 250 keg x 40 feet each
1st set sucked, 2nd set way better
Stones
310 x 1 x 4 sets over 48" crossbar
330 x 1
Car Deadlift
I did around 15 reps total with 1 set being 8 reps, I despise this.
Overall it turned into a fun day and I am happy with how the results came about.
