Ok day today. I mostly messed around, but I got some good training in.
Rectangular fix
Worked up to 85lbs for a single.
1 legged deadlift
pulled 175 on my left leg, my right leg is retarded right now on this.
Reverse grip clean and press
worked up to 175lbs not a max effort at all, but a wierd grip to use.
Then I messed around with DB clean and Jerk, DB cheat curl, and then I couldn't remember what else.
Backwards sled pulls
6 sets of 80 feet.
Not a bad day, couldn't complain.
