Upper and lower body workouts

Been kind of slacker this past week. But what little of lifting I did was productive.

Thursday all I had time to do was bench as the family and I were going to be a baseball game.

Close grip bench
235 x 5
245 x 4
250 x 3
215 x 8
215 x 9
I really suck at these rep sets, I am good for about 10 reps and that is it.

Friday Lower body day

Box squats
330 x 5 x 3 sets

Anderson squats
505 x 1 x 5 sets

Standing abs
3 x 20

Sunday is hopefully just gonna be a fun day. We will see how stupid I get.
