BCC April challenge and some decent training

Fun day today. Had it not been raining outside I would have done more but gotta take what you can get.

First we did the BCC challenge for the month.

1st event
2 DBs clean and press
Ended up with 160lbs, I should have used the loadable DBs I think they would have worked better.

2nd event
Reeves Deadlift
I ended up with 250lbs which is a PR

3rd event
Piper Squat
I ended up with 165lbs which I was happy with.

Stones
230 x couple
310 x 1
405 x miss miss I got it lapped which was good, but I had nothing left to load it.

Prowler
5 sets x 120 feet heavy weight

Abs
5 x 20

DB cheat curls
4 x 5 reps
