Didn't really know what to expect from today, I have been pulling sumo for the past 5-6 weeks and I figured I should see how my conventional pull is going. Turns out my conventional pull is awesome right now.

Pretty happy with how things are going. Everyone is having good workouts in the gym and making awesome progress. Corey had a great day getting DL PR and taking the frame for 2 trips of 60 feet with 550lbs no drops.
