Great workout tonight, my upperbody strength is finally coming back!!!

Push presses out of rack
110 x 5
160 x 3
200 x 3
225 x 3
250 x 2
not too shabby, very happy to get this tonight.

Close grip bench
135 x 5 x 2
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 5
305 x 2

Dips
5, 10, 10, 10

pullups
10, 5, 5, 5

Feeling very good tonight, Chuck was on fire also hitting a few PRs. Looking forward to what the next month is gonna bring.
