DL and upperback sort of....

Felt like absolute shit today, I think the workout on Sunday really took it out of me. I got through it and did what I could.

Sumo Deadlift
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 6 was hook gripping and thumbs gave out, probably had at least 2-3 more in me.

Frame Carry
530 x 60 feet, I think this is a PR of sorts, as I really suck at the frame.
Tried 600 but couldn't get it picked up.

Reverse Hypers
3 x 10

Blueband abs
3 x 20

DB rows
10, 15, 20 each arm

DB side bends
3 x 10

Things are coming along and I think I will get my goal that I want in 2 months. Just gotta keep on pushing things.
