Overall a good week....

Monday, normally I don't workout on Mondays but Tuesday was my wifes and I's 8th wedding anniversary so I figured better get a workout in.

Box squats
225 x 2 x 2
280 x 2
315 x 2
405 x 1
455 x 1
510 x 1 10# all time PR
This was very unexpected, but well worth it.

Can't remember what I did for the rest of the workout.

Thursday
Practiced some throwing got 2 PRs
open stone 33' and HWFD 24'2", throwing went very well on this day.

Did some circus DB and it didn't go well, fuck this thing.

Close grip bench with chains
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
225 x 3 + 1 set of chains
225 x 3 + 2 sets
225 x 3 + 3 sets
225 x 1 + 4 sets

Triceps
6 sets of 10

That was it, I was wiped out as I got a sinus cold to start the day.

Friday, I didn't know what to expect from todays workout as I felt like hell and I didn't even want to workout at all. But it ended up being a good day.

340 x 4 I was seeing stars and could barely breathe. I really wanted to push for more reps, but decided to call it here. By default this is a PR. I need to go for 11 reps next time I do 320 as I found out that Mac's best is 10, so I must beat that now.

Abs
6 sets

Next week will probably be a deload week, as Mac and I are doing our first highland games in McPherson, KS. I am hoping to get some PRs and have a good time.
