Highlands training and upperbody

I messed up my wrist somehow, not sure but it is hurting. But I still trained.

Did some highlands training first.

Got an amazing PR of 52'5" on the LWFD, just fucking awesome.

Came back home and finished upperbody training.

Close grip bench. Used a false grip, I kind of liked it.
