Lower body accessory day

I think that is what I am gonna call this day, I really can't squat persay, but I can do stuff similar to it.

SSB high box squats
5 x 5 I think top set was 335, was pretty easy but I could feel my knee starting to ache.

Ultra wide sumos
4 x 5 top set was 315

Prowler pushes
6 sets of 60 feet

Sledgehammer Swings
3 sets of 16# x 5, 12# x 10, 8# 20 each arm for 105 reps each arm.
