Normally I don't train on Mondays but I have a dinner tomorrow for work so I decided to get my workout in tonight.

DBL overhand Axle deadlifts
110 x 5
200 x 5
270 x 5 PR
300 x 2 PR almost had 3
320 x miss no grip left

Jefferson deadlifts
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 1
435 x 1 PR

Speed Pulls
315 x 1 x 8 sets

Car deadlift simulator
400lbs x 10 x 2 sets

Meadows rows
5 x 10

Shrugs
3 x 8

That was it. Pretty decent night overall.
