Deadlifting and such

Back is feeling a lot better, next week I will test some things out and push it a little more.

DBL overhand axle deadlifts
110 x 5
200 x 5
250 x 5
280 x 2
300 x miss

Rack Pulls just above knee
245 x 2
335 x 2
425 x 2
I between each set of these I did
200 x 10 dbl overhand on the axle
515 x 2
605 x 2
Lower back to knee cap
605 x 2

These made me happy

Triset
45% hyperextensions, chest supported rows, lat pulldowns
10, 12, 15 x 5 sets

 Plus I did 50 jumps in between every set and ended up with 1000 jumps by the time everything was said and done.

Tired, happy, and content.
