Overhead and upperbody.

Pretty good night tonight, as I looked over it I really had nothing to be disspointed about.

Axle Press out of rack.

225 x 7 I wanted 8 or 9 but I think this might be a gym PR for reps for me. Still these felt good and I had good pop from my legs.

My pec was still a little tender so I decided to stop here.
