Deads and upperback

Woke up today feeling the best I have in weeks, but I knew I couldn't be stupid and push anything.

DBL overhand axle deads
200 x 5
220 x 5
240 x 5

Rack pulls above knee.
245 x 3
335 x 3
425 x 3
500 x 5 easy, just want to do something remotely heavy.

Vbar Pulldowns supersetted with 45% hypers
12 and 10 x 5 sets

Standing band rows
5 x 15

Hip Lift
700lbs x 5,6,7,8,20
The 20 rep set was hard and I almost passed out plus my legs were quivering.

Prowler Push
5 sets of 50 feet high handles
5 sets of 50 feet low handles
Would have went further but my driveway had some ice on it.

COC trainer
10 x 10 each hand.
