Sunday training

I was definitely in a down and out mood yesterday, did my best to joke around and attempt to have fun today. For the most part I did, had some good laughs and after looking back over my training I actually got some decent work in.

Pullups
20 sets of 3 reps

Tire Sled drags
7 sets of 60ish feet
This burned the shit out of my quads and lungs.

5 board presses all sets with purple short bands
135 x 5
155 x 5
175 x 5
205 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
275 x 3

Grippers
lots of reps but got 4 singles with the #2 with my right hand.

Overall it was a fun day, witnessed some amazing feats of strength today.
