Deadlift day

Went into this workout very sore and tired. Ended up mostly having a good main lift session with my assistance not having much energy left.

Deadlift from the floor all sets hooked gripped
245x5
335x3
405x3
455x7 and grip gave out had strength for more reps but thumbs were gone. Might have to strap up and see if I can rep out 12-15 reps with this one of these days.

Pull ups
3 sets of 5 reps

Green band Rows
3 x 15

DB shrugs
3 x 15

Front squats
3 x 3

Strict presses
3 x 5

Overall good workout.
