Lower body workout

Todays was workout was kind of BLAH!!! I kept carbs low today and ran out of gas on some things. But at least I know what I need to change up.

Power snatches
95x3
115x3
135x1
140x1
145x1
150x1
These were ok, but not all that great

Power Cleans
worked up to 205x5 it felt good actually, decided to take a jump and it felt like crap. So I stopped.

Box squats
300x2x8 sets done in 6 min.

Circuit done non-stop until 3 sets were done
Band abs x 20
Woodchoppers x 10
Russian twist x 20
Calf raises x 10
DB SLDs x 10

Overall not a bad day, just a little frustrated on the cleans. But if having a crappy power clean right now is my biggest worry lifting wise, then I am doing quite well.
